ETH Medal for Outstanding Doctoral Thesis: Francisco Correia Marques
Congratulations to Francisco Correia Marques, who was awarded with the ETH Medal for Outstanding Doctoral Thesis. The ETH Medal is given every year to the 8% highest-ranked theses at ETH Zurich.
Congrats to Margherita for winning the Best Poster Prize at the 3DAM conference!
Our group had a strong presence at the 3DAM Conference on Additive Manufacturing of Soft Materials in San Sebastián, which brought together researchers developing novel materials for 3D (bio)printing. BME contributed with a keynote talk by Prof. Xiao-Hua Qin, a research presentation, and a poster. We’re proud to share that Margherita Bernero won the Best Poster Prize, supported by the American Chemical Society. Congratulations, Margherita!
Ralph Müller elected as ESB Honorary Member
Congratulations to Ralph Müller on being elected as an Honorary Member of the European Society of Biomechanics (ESB) during the General Assembly held at the 30th ESB Congress in Zurich from 6-9 July 2025.
